Ethics Update - Concerns about recent FAMHP guidelines

EPHMRA – concerns about recent FAMHP guidelines We are aware of significant concerns that healthcare market research studies may not qualify under Belgium’s FAMHP new guidelines on the application of Article 10. The wording in the guidance and subsequent Q&A document appear to overlook key distinctions between bona fide market research vs. promotional / sales-related activities.
