There is so much going on across the ethics and compliance landscape that we want to offer the opportunity to get together to explore and discuss.

‘Case study: Driving acceptance and actionability of Engage 360 – A multicountry corporate reputation’ is a paper by Virginie Touboul-Kraif, BMS and Allen Titto, ZS Associates and will be presented at the 2025 EPHMRA Conference.

‘Using AI to unearth the ‘past stories’ to guide our future decisions’ will be the first paper presented at the 2025 EPHMRA Conference and it will be presented by Lucy Ireland, Branding Science.

We are really pleased to let everyone know that Maddy Steele joined the EPHMRA Team towards the end of 2024 and has taken on the venue and organisation of our annual Conference and the Chapter meetings.

Samy Issaoui and Joe Perluzzo, Instar, will be presenting ‘The Virtual Moderator Revolution: How AI Chatbots Are Driving Innovation in Healthcare MR’ at the 2025 EPHMRA conference in London.

William Neill, Adelphi, will be presenting his paper: ‘Using Simulated Patients Cases To Assess The Clinical Decision process of HCPs’
William will be talking about how using simulated patient cases can generate actionable insights and how this methodology allowed them to capture the full diagnostic pathway.
