Ethics and Compliance Take a look at some IAPP updates - Connecticut IAPP Update: Connecticut enacts comprehensive consumer data privacy law (iapp.org). The law includes many of the same rights, obligations and exceptions as the consumer privacy laws already on the books in California, Colorado, Utah and Virginia.

Incentive Payment Guidelines   The BHBIA have published their ‘Guidelines for Incentive Payments Within Market Research.   BHBIA members are encouraged to use this guide to reduce problematic pressures on respondent incentive payments based on ‘fair market values’, known as FMVs, during the primary market research process.
