Certificates are valid for the membership year (ie end on 30 September)

| These free to members online training courses take you through understanding the scope, purpose and basis of the Code and outline AER requirements | These free to members tests are an optional online test of members' knowledge and understanding of the Code of Conduct and AER. Once the tests are complete and passed, members are certificated and you can advertise this fact to colleagues and clients! The goal is to encourage the highest standards within market research carried out by members. |
The training modules available free to members are:
- EPHMRA Code of Conduct Training Course
- EPHMRA AER Training Course
- Code of Conduct Competency Test – the complete test which fulfils EPHMRA’s requirements
- Code of Conduct Competency Test – supplementary test. EPHMRA members who are also BHBIA members will have the opportunity to take this supplementary test which covers EPHMRA specific requirements and, in combination with the BHBIA Legal and Ethical Guidelines Competency Certificate, meets EPHMRA’s full requirements.
- AER Competency Test – the complete test which fulfils EPHMRA's requirements for AER training.
- AER Competency Test – supplementary test. EPHMRA members who are also BHBIA members have the opportunity to take this supplementary test which covers EPHMRA specific requirements and, in combination with the BHBIA certificate, meets EPHMRA’s full requirements
