Our Group is all about celebrating and supporting the next generation of healthcare market researchers. At EPHMRA, we’re passionate about nurturing Future Leaders/Young Professionals working in healthcare market researchers. The EPHMRA Young Professionals Group supports members with less than five years’ experience by:

  • Creating connections among future leaders
  • Offering training and opportunities to share best practice
  • Encouraging continual professional growth

Led by Young Professionals themselves and supported by the EPHMRA Board, the group is uniquely positioned to design initiatives that reflect what early-stage researchers need most.

Membership of the group is only open to winners of the Conference Grant Award.

EPHMRA Young Professionals Annual Online Conference (April 2026)

Launched this year, the annual online Young Professionals Conference is dedicated to those with less than five years’ experience, at Associate Director level or below.

It’s an opportunity to:

  • Hear directly from industry experts
  • Gain practical insights into the healthcare MR landscape
  • Build networks with peers across the sector.

Young Professional Buddy Scheme, Coming Soon

An exciting new initiative from EPHMRA is the Buddy Scheme/Mentoring for Future Leaders/Young Professionals.

Launched in 2026, EPHMRA has developed a mentoring initiative pairing Future Leaders/Young Professionals with experienced leaders.

Th programme on:

  • Offering mentees one-to-one guidance, career support, and encouragement
  • A typical time commitment of 6/8 hours across 12 months
  • Fostering meaningful, cross-industry connections.
