In the first box please write the event you are making the submission for:

  • 2026 Conference
  • 2026 UK Chapter Meeting
  • 2026 Germany Chapter Meeting

For all submissions:

Guidance notes:  When reviewing submissions, the Programme/Convening Committee will be looking for a number of factors, so when writing your submission, these are points to consider -

  • What new information will your paper provide for delegates at the conference?
  • What new insights will your paper provide?
  • What will delegates be able to go away and do differently as a result of your paper, which will enhance their company/personal development?
  • What will your paper offer in terms of advancement in quality and innovation?

Important Note: Please note that the Committee reserves the right not to proceed with a presentation if the proposed outcomes cannot be guaranteed or if the topic becomes overly high-level and theoretical, without delivering practical insights and tangible value to the audience.

Please provide a clear and concise title summarising the topic.

Describe how the presentation aligns with the proposed themes for the event and what value it will bring to attendees.
