Overview: The Small Business Forum is designed as a practical, operator-led programme for boutique agencies, small firms, and growth-stage businesses navigating the realities of building and sustaining a market research company working in the pharmaceutical sector. This is not a theoretical programme but it is grounded in real-world experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses, with a focus on decisions, trade-offs, and repeatable execution.

No matter where your organisation is in its lifecycle, we welcome everyone who wants to learn and engage as well as share experience and collaborate on solutions facing small businesses today.

Fees: Free for EPHMRA members. Non member agencies pay 1000 CHF for the entire programme.
