The meeting carries a registration fee. Once you have sent your registration form to EPHMRA your place at the meeting is booked and the invoice must be paid. It is one ticket for one person - day place ticket sharing can't be accommodated sorry. One name change per registration is permitted free of charge, further name changes per registration will be invoiced at a fee of 50 CHF. After 1 September name changes/substitutions will carry a 50 CHF admin fee (payable by credit card or cash on site). This is to cover administration fees. All delegates have to pay to attend. You can either pay by invoice which will be emailed to you and which needs to be paid prior to the event OR you can pay be credit card. Please indicate below how you would like to make payment.
