Internet usage and attitudes among physicians across Brazil,
Russia, India and China.
The results, which will be freely available to EphMRA members
over the coming months, will provide vital, up-to-date guidance for
market researchers conducting online research in these markets.
Specifically, the EphMRA study will cover GPs
(or country equivalent) and Specialists (Cardiologists, Oncologists
and IM’s) and will focus on:
· Location of
internet access (home, work, etc.)
· Type and
reliability of connection (dial-up, Broadband, etc.)
· Extent of
participation in market research to date
· Time of day
online surveys are completed
· Willingness to
participate in market research in future
· Factors prompting
participation
This key initiative has been commissioned by
EphMRA’s Foundation Committee, established to support and fund
original projects in the international healthcare market research
and business intelligence fields. The Committee’s outputs
offer EphMRA member companies incisive information and knowledge on
key issues affecting the industry today and tomorrow.
Following a rigorous selection process, three
agencies were chosen to undertake the study on behalf of EphMRA:
Medimix for Brazil and China; Evalueserve for India; and Top of
Mind for Russia.
