Background: The
Research Partnership is a leading provider of global healthcare
market research. Therapy KnowlEdge is an award-winning, innovative
online patient data-tracking tool, which we have specifically
developed for the global pharma market. Due to the continuing
success of this product and significant new business wins, we are
now looking for a Director to lead and develop this exciting area
of our business.
Requirements: We are
looking for a highly motivated, inspirational leader who can work
independently as part of a growing team which spans both the London
and Toronto offices.
This person must have:
- At least 8+ years experience in MR
- Significant healthcare experience
- Ability to generate significant sales and build own client
base
- Experienced at managing global accounts
- Experience of launching, managing and developing syndicated
products.
Primary responsibilities:
·
Management: Manage, lead and motivate the Therapy
KnowlEdge team of 5 to achieve departmental goals and
objectives
· Planning
and product development: Prepare an annual business plan
and budget. Maintain, develop and expand the therapy areas and
territories of the Therapy KnowlEdge product
· Business
development - Maintain a database of leads, write and
deliver compelling presentations and proposals and pitch to new
clients. Follow up potential clients and expand business amongst
existing clients

Sales - Generate syndicated and ad hoc Therapy
KnowlEdge business either alone or with key directors to meet the
sales target
·
Marketing - Be an active member of the company’s
marketing team and lead on relevant sales, PR and marketing
initiatives to raise the profile of both the Research Partnership
and Therapy KnowlEdge
· Account
management: Manage existing projects and build long-term,
sustainable relationships with clients.
