Online event evaluation

EphMRA is committed to ensuring that the needs
of its members are being met and as part of this commitment, it
undertakes surveys with delegates after each event, to establish
the levels of satisfaction with the event; what could be improved
etc. This data provides EphMRA with valuable feedback with
which to ensure that events are in line with the expectations of
its members and allows members to have a voice in shaping these
important events.
Up until now, these surveys have been
conducted in a variety of ways – the main conference evaluations
being completed online and others being completed on paper and then
analysed more manually. Clearly this is not ideal, as it
takes a considerable amount of time to analyse the data and it does
not provide the data in a consistent format with which to compare
and contrast across events.
There is therefore a need to find a supplier
who can handle all of the post event evaluations on behalf of
EphMRA.
