Code of Conduct

Complaints and Grievance Procedure

25.1

Breaches of the Code of Conduct and complaints will be investigated in the first instance by EphMRA’s Ethics Group, and if necessary concerns/complaints upheld by EphMRA may then be referred to the appropriate regulatory body, following which disciplinary measures may be taken by these organisations.


25.2

If the Data Protection Directive is breached, action can be taken by the appropriate body in the relevant country e.g. the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.
