Q. In terms of the copyright- when you follow the links in the database, is it clear what the copyright for each is?

A. The database only provides links to external websites. Each website is likely to have its own copyright information. Therefore, users will have to check this for themselves.

Q. Will there be a help desk which we can contact to ask if you have data on certain things?

A. EphMRA is unable to provide a help desk. However, there is a feedback option on the EphMRA website where users can make suggestions or ask questions.

Q. Is the information of the website Patients like me freely accessable? I thought their terms and conditions stipulate it is not available for commercial purposes?

A. Anyone can link to the Patient Like Me website to view the summary data in the HTML format. However, it is not available to download therefore cannot be used commercially unless you purchase the data.
