.....and more specifically....
1. To create a specific platform on the EphMRA website, allowing easy reference for group share of specific learning and ‘update’ documents (local issues, country updates, training documents).
2. To develop a tailored programme of training initiatives, driven by topic choices based on mid leveller feedback and delivered through on line, webinars and face to face (at the IMM and conferences) to include techniques, methodologies, innovations and best practices.
3. To develop a means for regular connection with peers, initially through specific mid level programme face to face interactions at EphMRA meetings and conferences, and, additionally, if required, by an on line forum or similar means in order to share ideas, exchange viewpoints and shape further group activities.
4. To establish a communication strategy for the group which will drive recognition through the publication of specific mid level 'thought pieces', case studies or white paper initiatives produced by the forum, together with input into the EphMRA quarterly newsletters and presentation at Board and Senior forum level.
